"No-gi" summer classes being taught now. Wear shorts and a shirt. That's all you need.
For women and men, no experience necessary.
- Mondays 6pm - 7pm
- Wednesdays 6pm - 7pm
- Fridays 6am - 730am
Intermediate classes (one stripe white belts and higher):
- Mondays 7pm - 8pm
- Wednesdays 7pm - 8pm
Open Mat on Saturdays at 9am.
