No, the spa is not functioning at this time. Would need a new control panel and possibly some minimal pipe repair. At least one of the pumps is functional. My guess would be $300-500 in parts to make it happen. Would need a new cover as well. Otherwise the tub liner is intact, so could just make it a soaking/baby pool, or even a large planter. Anyway, you come and get it and its yours! Thanks.
