I am looking for housing from early to mid May to roughly the end of October. If I could do a monthly contract that would be preferable. I will be working a summer contract in Lander with the state and I am a clean, responsible young adult. If possible I would like a small apartment/furnished basement or something along those lines but no opposed to renting a room. I would like to spend roughly 400 dollars with hopes that utilities are included.
