Hello LanderTalk. I am looking for a rental that will allow me to help out the LPC and adopt a dog! 😉
I'm hoping to find a place that has at least 2 bedrooms, has laundry of access of some sort (in the unit would be preferred but not necessary) , have a dishwasher, and below $900 if utilities included, below $850 if not. Month to month or a short term lease would be preferred as I am in the market for purchasing a place of my own if one comes available that I can afford. I can provide both rental, professional, and personal references as needed.

Good Morning,
I am the manager of the Dillon Vista and Amoretti Apartments. I have two units available that will meet your needs.
At Dillon Vista, I have a two bed two bath that would be $800.00 a month, this includes the pet rent. This unit does not have a washer/dryer in the unit, however I do have laundry facilities on site.
At the Amoretti site, I have a two bed one bath unit that rents for $875.00 a month. This unit does have a washer/dryer in the unit, as well as laundry facilities on site. This unit is also ground level, where-as the Dillon Vista unit is third floor. This unit is also full tile, except for the carpet in the bedrooms.
Security Deposits and Fees:
Standard deposit of $500.00
Pet Deposit of $250.00
non-refundable pet fee of $150.00
There are no admin fees or application fees.
