Hello!
I have a second bedroom in my apartment in Lander that I am looking to rent out from May 1st-Oct 2021. Rent is $375+utilities(usually around $50-$70 per month), apartment has washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony and separate bathrooms.
Must be okay with a cat and no additional pets are allowed, also must be LGBTQ+/POC friendly!
As for me, I'm in my 30s and work random jobs in town for now. I am very active, mostly in climbing and backpacking. Love to cook/bake. I enjoy company but don't throw any crazy ragers expect the same respect.
