Donor Relations & Stewardship Coordinator

NOLS Advancement builds meaningful and enduring relationships with alumni and friends worldwide to engage our community in support of the NOLS mission.

The Donor Relations and Stewardship Coordinator works on a reimagined and growing team dedicated to building a best-in-class culture of philanthropy at NOLS. This position plays a vital role in fulfilling this commitment, developing and overseeing gift stewardship and reporting programs that enhance the donor experience and ensuring gifts are used in a timely and appropriate manner. The Donor Relations and Stewardship Coordinator provides proactive, effective, and measurable administrative support to enhance Advancement’s fundraising activities, including the cultivation and stewardship of donors. 

This individual will work closely with the fundraising team to execute an annual fundraising plan and communications strategy as well as assist with fundraising events.

  • Salary: $43,000-$48,000

Custom Education Account Associate, Access Partner

Together with the Custom Education Access Partner Account Manager, the NOLS Custom Education Access Partner Account Associate will cultivate and steward NOLS’ relationship Access Partners, including the Peak Scholars Program, as well as clients such as C5 Youth Programs and Summer Search.  The Access Partner Program is designed to make NOLS experiences accessible to students from communities that are underrepresented and under-resourced in the outdoors. We do this by supporting partners that work directly with youth and adults in these communities.

While the focus is supporting the Access Partner Program, they will also hold other clients. As  part of the Custom Education team, they will support Custom Education client services, including managing course logistics and supporting client relationships in conjunction with Account Managers for all NOLS Custom Education courses for which they are responsible.

  • Salary: $17-$19/hour

Wilderness Medicine Education Director

The NOLS Wilderness Medicine Education Director embodies the NOLS mission by leading research, development, and communication of wilderness medicine educational content and delivery methods. This person defines and articulates the curriculum content for internal and external audiences and oversees our quality assurance program for the accuracy and relevance of the curriculum and pedagogy. The Education Director also oversees and develops NOLS Wilderness Medicine courses’ use of learning management systems.

Key Logistical Information:

  • This position is based in Lander, WY, USA. Legal working rights in the USA are a requirement.

  • Salary: $66,000-$76,000
