Jan. 30 Riverton Wild West Winter Carnival: NEW TIMES: 7pm Carnival
Coronation followed by the Lighted Lanterns at 7:30pm at the Riverton
Library, 1330 W. Park Ave. The previous King & Queen pass on the Belt
Buckle, Crown & Sash to the new King & Queen.  A Junior King & Queen may
also be crowned, with associated scholarship prizes awarded.  Guidelines

Jan. 31 Riverton Open Mic Night at Mammoth Music, 7-8:30pm at 318 East Main
St. in Riverton. FREE admission! 10-minute slots are available on the last
Saturday of each month to musicians, bands, and other stage performers for

Jan. 31 Lander Annual Empty Bowls dinner - Lander Care & Share Food Bank,

Feb. 1-21 Lander Art Center presents 3 artists "Semblance; a Multi-media

Feb. 3-4 Lander & Highway 28 Louis Lake Turnout or Lander’s Bruces
Bridge–International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race, Jan. 30 – Feb.
8th. Tuesday: 5pm -6pm Meet n’ Greet on Main St. Mushers, their trucks
and dogs are looking forward to visiting with everyone! Bring your
questions and your cameras. 6:30pm showing of 2014 IPSSSDR film at the
Gannett Grill. Wednesday: Fremont County Stage 5 leg of race starts at
either Bruces Bridge or Louis Lake Highway Turnout Parking lot on Hwy. 28

Feb. 6 Riverton Wild West Winter Carnival: Quick Draw Contest at the

Feb. 7 Lander City of Lander 4th Annual Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser for the
American Cancer Society. Bring the family for dinner on Sat. Feb. 7, from
5-7pm at the Lander Community & Convention Center, 950 Buena Vista. Tickets
$7 adults and $5 kids, which buys you all the chili and cornbread you can
eat!  No cost to enter your own secret facility recipe chili - entry forms
at Lander City Hall - are due Feb. 2.  There is a no host bar. Cash prizes
are awarded to 1st and 2nd place, and the Peoples favorite! Come enjoy the

Feb. 7 Lander 2015 February Craft Show from 10am-8pm at the Lander
Community & Convention Center, 950 Buena Vista. The craft show will be held
in conjunction with the well-attended and local favorite Annual City of

Feb. 7 Lander Community Concerts Association presents "Seven Brides for
Seven Brothers, a Broadway Show," 7 pm, at the Lander Valley High School
auditorium, 350 Baldwin Creek Rd. "Goin' courting" has never been as much
fun as in this rip-roaring stage version of the popular movie. Set in
Oregon in 1850, it tells the story of Millie, a young bride living in the
1850's Oregon wilderness. Her plan to civilize and marry off her six rowdy
brothers-in-law to ensure the success of her own marriage backfires when
the brothers kidnap six women from a neighboring town to be their brides.

Feb. 7 Riverton CWC BYU Ballroom Dance Co. Championship formation dancing,
breath-taking lifts and spins—in shimmering costumes! This variety
showcase includes the waltz, samba, foxtrot, and hustle. Presented by Arts

Feb. 7-8 Riverton Wild West Winter Carnival: QuiltFest Annual Show hosted
by the WY Star Quilters Guild held at the Fremont Center/Riverton Armory
building, 1010 Riverton Fairgrounds Dr. Open Saturday, 12-7pm, and Sunday
11am-3pm! The Quilters will also hold a silent auction at the Crab Crack

Dubois public library located at 202 N First St. This workshop is geared

colorful painted eggs and a first hand understanding of the ancient art of

Saturday Scotch Sipping at Six" at 7,600 Feet in Wyoming’s Wind River

Feb. 26-March 1 Riverton CWC The King and I, Music by Richard Rodgers, Book
and Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II. In 1862, East meets West when a British
widow becomes governess to the many children of the King of Siam. A
stunning blend of comedy and drama, this legendary musical overflows with
hit numbers. Show times:
