Rural Fire) on Saturday, April 21st from 11-2 at their Milford fire station
(4580 US Highway 287) for their annual Open House and Wildfire Preparedness
Day!  Come learn helpful tips to mitigate the potential of wildfire often
caused by out-of-control campfires, burn barrels, and agricultural ditch
and field burning, as well as how to prepare your home and property to
withstand the possibility of wildfire in your area.  Meet your local
firefighters from all of the many agencies serving the rural Lander-area,
and be sure to bring the whole family for a day of fun with Smokey Bear and
a delicious lunch provided by Fremont County Fire Protection District! *
