WY will get at least one full scholarship through the Congress-Bundestag
Youth Exchange program to study in Germany for a full school year!
And there are only 4 applicants so far so your chances are good!
You must be a US citizen, national, or permanent resident, have a GPA of at least 3.0,
and be between the ages of 15-18 at the start of the program (summer of 2011).
