[Rivertontalk] FREE 14x70 Mobile home MUST BE MOVED

1981 Montrose Vista 14'x70' mobile home with clear title. May be used as a
home or storage. 
2 bedroom 1 bath.  2"x6" exterier walls, real wood paneling. 
Large front Kitchen and living room, open floor plan. 
Does need a little work. Rolled metal roof needs to be resealed, ceilings
need painted, small bedroom needs repainted, master bedroom needs one 4x8
sheet of sheetrock replaced and painted, floor repairs needed are a 4'x4'
section of subfloor replaced in living room, 3'x4' section subfloor in
hallway by back door replaced. Kitchen could use new flooring. Carpeting is
older and may need replacing. Furnance and gas water heater work good as of
a week ago when we moved out of the home. 
DOES NOT INCLUDE APPLIANCES (Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, or washer/dryer) 
There is also a 12'x24' addition that has been built on a mobile home frame
and has axels and wheels and tires ready to be put back on. The addition
currently is a 12'x 8' mud room and a 12' x 16' bedroom. The addition has
significant water damage and needs the most work. 
Also included with the home is enough sheets of siding that should complete
the residing of the whole house and metal roofing skirting.  Wheels and
axels are on the main house, just need to be aired up, and the tongue is
still on both sections. 
It is up to YOU to unskirt and ready the home for transport. 
I will not hold the home for anyone, the first person to have the home
unskirted and transported gets the title.
