The bunk bed is currently disassembled as we haven't needed to use it in the house we have been living in for the past close to a year. 
The bunk bed was bought in Walmart Sept, 2011. This is the description from Walmart's website:

Then my husband bought two single mattresses from Menards. As I said, the mattress on the top bunk was as good as never used, and my then 10 year old daughter slept on the bottom mattress for less than a year.
The bed is in great, good as new condition. As you can see the $179 price at Walmart does not include the two mattresses, (as I said, one like new), so our price of $150 is good.
