[Rivertontalk] studio apartment avaliable jan. 1st

I am currently livin in a studio apartment in riverton and due to financial
issues I am moving home. However my landlord needs me to find a new renter
or I will have to pay rent for the month of January. Please if there is
anyone out there or anyone who knows of anyone who needs a rental email me!
It is across from the new firehall in riverton and in a quiet area. It had a
small yard and will allow pets (I have a small dog) with a pet deposit. 
Rent is $425 a month plus power. It would be great for a college student or
