Vital Pole Expression is now offering Country Pole Fitness Dancing Classes!

These classes are fitness oriented and a great addition to your New Year’s
Resolution workout!  Bring your boots, your friends, and have some fun!

TIMES: Classes will be running Thursdays starting January 2nd at
7:35pm-8:35pm This is a beginner class where you will basic safety
instruction, pole dance moves, techniques, and spins.

More classes and times are available, please check our website.


COSTS: Classes are sold in 8 week blocks.  Class blocks are 1 class running
every week for an hour for 8 consecutive weeks straight.  Price is $80.00
for the whole block.  

We do not allow admittance into class after the block has begun.

WARNING:  We are only accepting 7 people per class so register early to
reserve your spot, especially if you are bringing friends!  Registration for
these January classes has already begun.
