A new Ultra Basic Pole Fitness Class is starting this Thursday September
12th at 5:30pm. 

This class is great for anyone out of shape, wishing to lose some extra
weight and is challenged to do one pull up.  It is a great way to re-train
your attitude to love your body while getting back in healthy shape in a
comfortable environment.
